Install

1. Upload vaultforge-installer.zip in Plugins → Add New and activate it.
2. Follow VaultForge Setup: system check, license, install, content, link check.
3. Open your vault dashboard.

License

Paste your Pro key (starts with VF1.) under VaultForge Setup → License. Keys are checked offline. Lite needs no key.

Dashboard

Members upload by drag-and-drop, organise with folders and open the file menu (⋯) for rename, move, share and delete.

Sharing

Choose Share on any file. Set an expiry; Pro adds a password, download limit and view-only mode. Revoke from the same dialog.

Plans & quotas

Edit a level in Membership → Levels and set Vault storage (MB), max file size and share links. Members get the highest value across their active levels.

SEO & images

The SEO plugin outputs titles, descriptions, keywords, Open Graph and Twitter cards. Posts without a featured image use the universal featured image. Edit per-page values in each page’s SEO box.

Troubleshooting

• Uploads fail: raise upload_max_filesize and post_max_size.
• Share links 404: save Settings → Permalinks once.
• Key mismatch warning: restore the original salts or define VAULTFORGE_MASTER_KEY.
• Nginx: deny /wp-content/vaultforge-vault/.
